                                Ingredients

                1 lb. Ground Beef

                1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

                3/4 c. finely shredded cabbage

                1/2 c. minced white onion

                1/4 c. barbecue sauce

                1/4 c. ketchup

                2 Tbl. Brown sugar

                1 Tbl. Parsley flakes

                2 tsp. seasoning salt

                2 tsp paprika

                1-1/2 tsp. salt

                1-1/2 tsp. pepper

                10 frozen dinner rolls,      thawed

Egg wash: 1 egg & 1 Tbl. Milk, combined

Thaw dinner rolls and let them rise to 1-1/2 times in size.

Combine beef, cabbage and onion in skillet over medium heat.  When beef is brown and vegetables are soft, add remaining ingredients except 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.

Reduce heat and allow to simmer.  While the flavors are getting to know each other, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Flatten slightly risen dinner rolls on a greased sheet of wax paper.  Place 2 Tbl. of ground beef mixture on flattened roll.  Fold opposite sides together and crimp.  Repeat with the two remaining sides.  Place on greased baking sheet with crimp side down.  Brush with egg wash.  Sprinkle remaining salt & pepper on top of each roll.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite potato chips.
