lb. Ground Beef

c. chopped onions
1/2
c. BBQ sauce
1/2
c. ketchup
1
tsp. chili powder
1
egg yolk
1/4 c. canned corn

slices bacon, chopped
1—8
oz. pkg. pepper Jack cheese, sliced
5 pkg. (8 oz)
crescent rolls
Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces, fry and drain grease
Mix together ground beef, onions, corn and fried bacon.
Make into small patties (1-1/2 inch diameter.)
Grill the burgers to medium-well, remove patties from grill.
Mix together ketchup, BBQ sauce and brown sugar.
Put a slice of cheese and sauce on each patty.
Press together two crescent rolls, make into a circle.
Place a patty in the center of each circle and pinch sides together.
Whisk together one egg yolk and 1 tsp. water to make an egg wash. Brush on rolls.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 15 minutes,
or until golden brown.
Drizzle more sauce over top.
