SPICY BACON WRAPPED BURGERS

                Ingredients

                1 lb. Ground Beef

                6 slices BEEF bacon

                1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

                1 Tbl. grated parmesan cheese

                1/2 small onion, chopped

                1 egg

                1 Tbl. ketchup

                2 Tbl. hot chicken wing sauce

                1/2 tsp. salt

                1/4 tsp. pepper

                6 split hamburger buns

 

 

Preheat grill on high heat.

In a large bowl mix cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, onion, egg, ketchup, hot wing sauce, salt and pepper.  Crumble in ground beef and mix together by hand. 

Form 6 patties and wrap a slice of bacon around each patty, securing bacon with toothpicks.

Grill for about 5 minutes, until well done.

Remove toothpicks before serving on slightly toasted hamburger buns.
