NDSA's 88th Annual Convention & Trade Show, Sept. 23, at the Baymont Inn & Suites in Fargo.

Recruiters will also be eligible for the Bull Bucks drawing.
What is Bull Bucks?
Bull Bucks are sponsored by several area seedstock producers.
Bull Bucks are valued at $1,900 in 2017.  The Bull Bucks winner can use that money like cash to purchase a bull or female from any of the participating ranches.
The Bull Bucks winner must be present to win at the drawing during the NDSA Convention & Trade Show on Sept. 23, in Fargo.
Sign up as a new NDSA member or sign up a new NDSA member between Sept. 1, 2016 and Aug. 31, 2017. Each time you do, you earn a chance for Bull Bucks cash.

Important: The membership application has a space designated "Recruited by", which is where you put your name in order to get credit for the membership contest. Each time you sign up a member, your name goes into the contest drawing.

Zenker is top membership recruiter
Warren Zenker of Gackle is the NDSA’s 2015-2016 Membership Contest winner, securing a one-year lease on an Arrowquip Q-Catch 8500 Portable Tub and Alley System donated by Envision Cooperative of Towner. Zenker, NDSA vice president, won the contest by recruiting 13.5 new members in the membership drive that ran from Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2016. Zenker also won the NDSA’s 2014-2015 membership contest.
Matthew Mason of New Town took second in this year’s membership contest, recruiting 10 members. His efforts earned him an NDSA wool vest.
Randy Schmitt of Towner tied for third in the contest and won this year’s Bull Bucks drawing. Schmitt recruited six new members. His effort earned him an NDSA cap and multiple chances to win this year’s Bull Bucks drawing, good for $2,000 toward the purchase of a bull or female from any of the program’s sponsoring ranches.
Stetson Ellingson of St. Anthony completed the tie for third in this year’s contest, earning an NDSA Cap.
To qualify for the Bull Bucks drawing, NDSA members must submit at least one recruit. Contest participants must be present at the NDSA Annual Convention’s closing session to win.
District 1 Director Levi Rue of Sheyenne took fourth with four members.
As of the Sept. 1 end of the 2015- 2016 Membership Contest, the NDSA’s membership totaled 3,010 members, up two members from 2015, 14 members from 2014 and 77 from 2013.
District 6 lead the year’s recruiting efforts, adding 27 new members, followed by District 2 with 23; Districts 1 and 4 with 22; District 3 with 13; and District 5 with nine.
