"Membership Months"
Each member strengthens NDSA's rope A rancher relies on his lariat to be strong enough to rope a sick yearling, drag calves to the fire and turn steers on the weekend. On occasion, a cowboy even trusts his lariat's strength to rope a cantankerous herd bull. Each tiny thread that constructs a lariat is twisted and interwoven together to create a strong, reliable tool that has earned cowboy's unwavering trust for centuries. Likewise, each NDSA member is as important to the association and the beef industry as each fiber in a lariat. Cattle producers alone don't have the time, resources or knowledge to monitor property rights, taxation laws feeding regulations and animal health issues. But when we bond together as cattle producers - similar to the thread that make up the lariat - our combined time, resources and knowledge creates strength and far exceeds what we can accomplish individually. |
