Second notice
The North Dakota Stockmen's Association Board of Directors has proposed bylaw changes to modernize and clarify the organization's bylaws. The changes will be presented for a vote by NDSA members during the opening business session of the North Dakota Stockmen's Association's Annual Convention & Trade Show on Friday, Sept, 14, at the Ramkota in Bismarck.
