SECTION I: - Description of Business
Please supply the following information:

• Map indicating the location of your operation within your county and/or region.
What is the nature of your business? Describe your business (e.g., cow/calf, feedlot, other livestock, farming) relative to production agriculture.
Discuss the history of your business. (e.g., length of ownership; major changes in structure or business plan; number of acres; leased acres; federal-leased acres; any other pertinent traits and dates--acreage, stocking rate, herd numbers, etc. are encouraged)
Give a brief ecological description of your land. (List cover types, terrain, and water systems; average annual rainfall; if more than one property, list them separately by business name)
List all of the natural resources that provide income to your land. (e.g., farming, timber, hunting leases, oil and gas production, mining, etc.)
List all organizations that your operation has utilized in environmental efforts. (e.g., Natural Resources Conservation Service/US Department of Agriculture; your state division of wildlife; Bureau of Land Management; conservation groups, sportsmen’s groups, etc.)
